Anyway, I can really see where you&#39;re coming from with this, but personally I think a greater parallel could be drawn between Optimus Prime and Superman.
They have similar ideal sets (Optimus and his &quot;Freedom is the right of all sentient beings,&quot; Superman and &quot;Truth, Justice, and the American
Way&quot;) and similar tendencies towards self-sacrifice. A good example of this is right there in the Frank Miller graphic novel, if I&#39;m remembering... ]]></description>
