Oregon? Well, shee-oot. I could totally make that. Too bad Botcon's in the middle of the country this year. :/ That's a painful plane ticket,
right thar.

Wonderful prices but wow, it looks like it's going to be the same time as BotCon. Sigh. Why must life be so unfair?

Is it really scheduled for the same time? It was in April for this year, wasn't it?
EDIT: Er, nevermind. Of course it wouldn't matter when it was released this year. There was no movie release. *sigh* Curse you, BotCon! *shakes fist*

BotCon doesn't have a set time so it could possibly be at a different time but with the movie, that seems unlikely. We can keep our fingers crossed though
and hope that it is at a different time.

Updated the forum once again with a suggestion to move the dates back. Will this help? *crosses fingers* |

Yes. Just to let you know San Diego Comic Con is July 23-26. I doubt that would impact anything but just in case, you know.

Hi all - Oregon is not on the moon for me, just the other side of this planet. It's an exciting prospect but quite daunting because I've never been to
the US before and also am quite a shy person - ""blushes"" - Notion of close encounters with whole pile of people all into what I'm
into but all strangers and who all know each other and I'm in a foreign country is kind of ...EEEEKKKKK!!! AAAGGHHH!! stuff, however, I like adventures and
the unknown. But I'm just wondering - is anyone else going from overseas. I'm in Australia, incidentally, and it is a bit like the moon here.
