So I heard from Poptarts about half an hour ago. She was stuck in traffic. At the Ohio/Michigan border. O_o
I'm thinking I'm gonna catch a nap so's I'll be up to midnight cookie-baking ( and hopefully get a bit more sleep before the con tomorrow. ) So if anyone's waiting for Poptarts to show up at the hotel and she doesn't, it means she got in super-late and I just kept her.

Wow. My feet hurt.
That was fantastic, I loved the panel with Dan Gilvezan, and, for those of you who stayed 'till the very end, Goober's impression of Grimlock. I've heard that he's done this before, I got to see him reprise the role. Script reading was great, the script was hilarious. Best moment: Bumblebee: Powerglide! Oh, geez, you're going to get me laughing again. I haven't laughed that hard in years, I think. Hearing Bumblebee say that was the funniest thing ever.
And Goober getting huggled by Dan was hysterical and his audition for Arcee, hehe.
And yes, the con was great. I had loads of fun. Meeting you and everybody else was great. And having an extra day and getting to work with Dan Gilvezan again on more script reading was priceless. I am sorry that I didn't get to say good-bye to everybody. Couldn't find you all and hubby and kids were really eager to leave. |

Well, we've been home since last night, because we live here.
 Poptarts is en route back to the States.
The haul: - The Sunstorm Arc from Dreamwave, since I'd never read it and they were cheap.
- Armada Airazor, who was a gift from one of my readers ( Lupis Convoy, doesn't post here, or if he does it's under another name ) ( I did try to pay him. I have the best readers ever. ^_^ ) - A Cobra shirt and a Legends Prowl from Oasis. - MOAR SCORPONOKS! Because Blackout needs three more Legends Scorponoks. - That Golden Disc set that Unicron.Com did as an exclusive for another con years ago and I never thought I'd get my grubby little tarsi on it squee! - A bunch of pictures I still need to sort that will become comics over the next week or so.
Always good to see everyone, even if most of it's over a table.

Bwehehe, I am back in Ohio again and being orbited by critters who thought I was dead and are now miffed that I'm back and kicking them off the bed. :P I
had a blast! I can't wait to see pictures, particularly pictures of me, seems how I could barely see in costume anyway. I felt like such a loser when the
501st showed up on Sunday, but I'm eagerly awaiting seeing the picture someone took of Vader and a bunch of stormtroopers taking Unicron hostage. XD
I got some reprolabels for Dirge, because I always forget, a big Autobot symbol for Artoo's rear window, and a sheet of various sized sigil stickers, 'cause I can, all from reprolabels. I also got my grubby hands on a Henkei Ramjet, who is pretty much exactly like the Classics Ramjet I already own but for some chrome and Japanese packaging. I picked up a Lockdown on my way home, too. I would also like to announce that, aside from constructicons interfering with my time table, I DID NOT GET LOST WHATSOEVER ON THIS TRIP. I do believe I just set some sort of world record.  |

It was nice meeting Paelodex, Arison, Okamichan4, Tiamat72, and Hellsangelscurse as well as seeing Wayward, Knave, Sunstar, Oasis, Hunterblues, EKP, Mommimus,
Elfgirl, and Prizm again. You were all a lot of fun to hang out with and I wish we lived closer so we could get together more than once a year. EKP, Unicron
was great.
A lot happened over the last four days, but I'm pretty tired so I don't have a lot to say right now. It was all good, though. |
