Tiamat: There was a story for a contest that had some of the Autobots and Con's being turned into humans by what was probably Kryptonite. Hound and Carly
were paired in it. I have it bookmarked somewhere but I'm afraid the link might be dead. MCat, I believe sponsored the contest...quite a few years ago.
I'll look on the computer that I think I bookmarked it on. Other aspects of the story included Brawn being kidnapped by the Cons. Prime's trailer
became a horse and Roller was a dog. Is this the story you're thinking of?

looking for. If not, it's the only Carly/Hound fic I know.

Sorry I didn't give more info. The Kevona fic doesn't really strike me as a pairing of Hound/Carly. I was telling Okamichan about the "Hound
acts like a jerk" fic but couldn't find it.

There's a fic I've been looking for on and off for some weeks now.
It's set in an alternate universe where Optimus never became Prime and he's assigned to do something with Starscream. The whole operation goes pear shaped and they have to walk out of a valley/tunnel but Starscream being a seeker has problems with walking a long distance. Sorry for the sketchy outline but I do hope someone can help me!

My turn now Anyone remembers the title and/or the author of the story where Ratchet was replacing some part of Sideswipe and nearly broke down, because
that was the last original part of Sideswipe, and it reminded him of how he had to watch Spurkplug die, because the silly human refused having anything
transplanted, claiming he would end up being a bag of spare parts and not himself?
